Payment We accept all Paypal payment methods: - all major credit and debit cards - bank transfers - PayPal balance Customs and Import Duties When ordering goods for delivery out of EU, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please note that you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. International deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Authenticity We guarantee that all advertised products are genuine. Availability All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We do our best to update the site with real-time availability Unfortunately items are constantly coming in and out of stock. If any of them are unavailable, you will be notified via email or phone within 24 hours and you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s). You can easily check availability of any wanted item. To do so choose its color first and then by choosing size, availability of each of sizes will appear. Ordering You simply find the product you like, click on the "buy now" button and that item gets put into your shopping cart. When you've chosen all your items click the "proceed to checkout" button on the shopping cart and proceed to the payment process. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and giving an order number and a summary of your order. After your payment is completely collected all available products will be ready for dispatch. We will send an email to confirm this which will also include your unique tracking number. A final invoice will be sent with the delivery of the products. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances. We may be unable to process your order if: - the Product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued - there is a problem with authorization of the payment. Warranty All of our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Defective products must absolutely be returned at customer expense so that they may be examined in order to assess the validity of the claim. Return If you want to return an item, we'll exchange it or give you a refund. Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original condition & packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact. Please make sure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done. Please notify us by email if you return items. You should NOT return any item to us without it being authorized first. UK returns need to be received back by us within 14 days of receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. For orders shipped to addresses outside the UK we need to receive your return within 20 days. 10 days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. Most items bought from allurie.com can be returned, with the exception of hosiery. Delivery All deliveries will be made by UPS.
